Financial services notice

SavaSora d.o.o. is not a bank or lender and does not itself approve or provide credit. We provide consulting, preparation and intermediation support and may introduce clients to independent domestic or international financial partners.

Any financing amount, structure, interest rate, collateral requirement, approval and final terms depend on the individual case and the independent decision of the selected financial partner. Information on this website is not a binding offer, promise of approval, investment advice, legal advice or tax advice.

Before entering into any financing arrangement, clients should review the final documentation and, where appropriate, obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice. SavaSora cannot guarantee that financing will be obtained.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, logo, design, text, graphics, software and other original materials are owned by SavaSora or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, published, licensed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits such use.

Privacy notice

We process only personal data that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company information and details about your digital project or financing request. Depending on the request, you may also provide information about the financing purpose, desired amount, collateral and supporting documentation.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess whether and how we can assist, prepare or deliver consulting and development services, coordinate with selected partners, keep necessary business records, protect our legal interests and comply with legal obligations.

The legal basis depends on the circumstances and may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or your consent where required.

The website does not contain an inquiry form and does not store inquiry content in your browser. When you use an email link, your message is sent through your chosen email service and then processed in SavaSora's email environment.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant inquiry or business relationship and for any period required by accounting, tax, anti-fraud, dispute-resolution or other applicable rules. Data that is no longer required is deleted or securely anonymised.

Data recipients and international transfers

We may share relevant data only where necessary with selected financial partners, professional advisers, technology and hosting providers, email providers, contractors involved in a project, and public authorities where required by law. Financial documentation is shared with a prospective financial partner only when needed to assess or arrange the requested financing and on an appropriate legal basis.

Some recipients may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international data transfers. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unsolicited direct marketing.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies & local storage

This website currently does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.

It uses a first-party preference cookie named ‘savasora-language’ to remember EN or SR and deliver the selected language before JavaScript loads. The cookie lasts up to one year and is refreshed when you visit or change the language. Browser local storage also remembers ‘savasora-language’ and ‘savasora-cookie-notice’, which records that you dismissed the notice. Local-storage preferences remain until you clear your browser data. The hosting infrastructure may also process essential technical information, such as IP address, request time and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

You can clear or block local storage and cookies in your browser settings. The website remains accessible, but your preferences may not be remembered. Language links also include the selected language in the URL. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
